Devoted Guardians of the Mother Nature
The Ulans are the devoted guardians of Mother Nature. Their name comes from the Tagalog phrase patak ng ulan, meaning “raindrops.” They live in Ulap, the third layer of the atmosphere, where they watch over Mother Nature.
